We’d appreciate your views on what projects and services are working well, where we still need to make improvements and your suggestions for new projects so that the Waterfront area has the very best ideas from amongst us all to continue to thrive.
Please complete the Waterfront BID (members only) survey by Saturday 31st January at 5pm.

About the bid
The Waterfront Business Improvement District (BID) has been in operation since April 2012 and is delivered through Plymouth Waterfront Partnership Ltd (PWP), a not-for-profit organisation.
The BID encompasses more than 960 businesses (approximately 560 Voting Levy Payers and 400 Basic Level Businesses) across four square miles of the Plymouth Waterfront.
BID Levy paying businesses with a Business Rateable Value of over £7,000 within the geographical area currently pay 1.7% Levy based on their rateable value.
Plymouth Waterfront businesses voted in favour to renew the BID for a further five years in April 2022 and the BID will operate until the end of March 2027. Our projects outlined in the current Business Plan for Waterfront BID3 are focused around four key themes: Business Voice, Environmental Excellence, Vibrant Tourist Attraction, Transformational – Creating The Waterfront Of Tomorrow, Today.
PWP works in close partnership with the Plymouth City Centre Company BID, Destination Plymouth and Plymouth City Council.
