This project has brought colour, vibrancy, and joy across our Waterfront through beautiful decorative planting, engaging businesses, volunteers, Plymouth City Council and our local community. Together we created spaces where people can spend time, take pride in their place, and connect with nature! It’s part of our Culture!
Today, we discussed “ what next?” More locations, design innovation, greater community engagement, opportunities for businesses and partners. The enthusiasm and commitment to drive plans forward were firmly planted over tea and cake!
Hosted by our Lord Mayor & Consort within Plymouth’s prestigious Nancy Astor House at Elliott Terrace it provided a perfect setting and underlined the importance of this work.

This year other areas outside the Waterfront BID got behind the competition, including St Andrew’s Church and we were delighted to be joined by some of the team from Eat That Frog who have been volunteering to help make the church garden look beautiful!
