Having worked previously for ten years in this role between 2010 and 2020, I am delighted to be back to work with you! Plymouth Waterfront Partnership has a vital role to continue in shaping this primary area within Britain’s Ocean City, for the present and our future. We’ve delivered a great deal since setting up our Plymouth Waterfront BID together in 2012 and we’ve still much more to achieve.
For the past five years I have concentrated in successful placemaking roles, leading me to work within the student union sector, direct an international portfolio for The Donkey Sanctuary, and manage activities across South and West Devon including the beautiful Tamar Valley National Landscape with its three rivers of Tamar, Tavy and Lynher. I’ve broadened experience in working with communities to shape coastal, rural and urban landscapes and learned the Protected Landscapes sector. Now I’m very excited to see what we can create for Plymouth’s waterfront through our opportunity with the Plymouth Sound National Marine Park, defining a place where People and Nature thrive together.

I joined Plymouth Waterfront Partnership BID as Business Liaison Manager in 2023 and haven’t looked back!
This role plays to all my strengths; delivering excellent customer service, building sustainable relationships with our businesses and stakeholders, business development, event ideas and management that drives visitor footfall, a devil for the detail, creativity and marketing. I’ve recently achieved a Diploma in BID Leadership, and keen to keep learning.
I’ve had the pleasure of some level of involvement with the BID since 2014 so have a very good understanding of the goals and objectives of the business plan, whilst also seeing it from a levy payers’ perspective having worked for Plymouth Pavilions and The Duke of Cornwall Hotel.
The BID plays a vital role in providing services and support to the businesses within it, and I’m looking forward to continuing to drive a new and exciting BID4 Management Plan for 2027-2032!
