Plymouth Waterfront Partnership is brightening up Sutton Harbour with a new lighting system in three trees in Exchange Street Car Park.
The display uses a revolutionary ‘Twinkly Pro’ lighting system, installed by Lite Ltd, which has transformed tree lighting to illuminate the area year-round.
