New Business Liaison Manager appointed !
Jon Walton, CEO – PWP BID: ” I am delighted to advise you all that Kim Downer has been appointed as our new Business Liaison Manager and will start work in around a month’s time. I had really strong applicants and making the decision was very difficult! Kim is currently Sales Manager at the Duke of Cornwall Hotel, and is hugely experienced and very well known around the Plymouth area. I am really looking forward to working with her and believe she will be a huge asset to the Waterfront Partnership.”
Kim Downer said: I am delighted to be joining the BID as Business Liaison Manager.
I’ve had the pleasure of some level of involvement with the Partnership since I rejoined Plymouth Pavilions in 2014 through leading Conference Plymouth and most recently as a member of the Advisory Panel in my current role as Sales Manager of our cities iconic Duke of Cornwall Hotel; so have a good understanding of the goals and objectives of the business plan, whilst also seeing it from a Levy payers perspective. The BID plays a vital role in providing services and support to the businesses within it, and I’m looking forward to getting started and meeting those business owners very soon!
Kim will take up her new role towards the end of March. We look forward to welcoming her to the team!
