To celebrate this year’s Seafest Weekend, and our friendship with the Plymouth Sound National Marine Park, we want to showcase your delicious fish and seafood recipes for all to discover, not only on the weekend itself, but after the event too as the best dishes will make it into our new Cooking the Waterfront Way digital recipe cookbook! This is great way to promote your business, and it’s FREE for our Levy Payer businesses.
What we want you to do?
Restaurants, cafes: Create a NEW fishy dish that represents our ocean, with ingredients that are easy to come by, affordable to cook and using only sustainably sourced and local ingredients. We are encouraging chefs/cooks to look at dishes for our little people too, to educate them in the wonders of the ocean, and the health benefits of eating fish.

Oh yes! All the recipe’s after the Seafest Weekend will be scrutinised by our team of expert Judges, and we will be inviting the best to a cook off, at City College Plymouth later in the year.
