About the ballot papers:

For BID3, businesses with a rateable value of £7,000 or less will be exempt from paying the BID Levy and will not receive a BID Ballot Vote. They will be classed as a Basic member of Plymouth Waterfront Partnership BID.

Each of the 560 property or hereditament within the BID boundary will be entitled to one vote in respect of the BID’s third term proposals in a 29 day postal ballot which will commence on 27th October 2021, and close at 5pm on Thursday 25th November 2021. Any ballot papers received after 5pm on the 25th November 2021 will not be counted.
