The summer months are here, and with them, an increase in anti-social behaviour along the waterfront. We know this can be disruptive and want to help. Plymouth City Council and Devon & Cornwall Police are working together to address these issues, but they need your help.
If you’re experiencing or witnessing anti-social behaviour, please report it. Your reports are essential to resolve these issues effectively.
What is anti-social behaviour?
Anti-social behaviour is persistent behaviour which causes harassment, alarm or distress to any person(s) not within the same household. Examples of anti-social behaviour include verbal abuse, harassment, and intimidating or aggressive behaviour. This can be by adults and children.
How to Report Anti-Social Behaviour
Is it an emergency?
Call 999 if there’s an immediate danger to life, a crime is in progress (such as a burglary or a theft / criminal damage in progress), or someone is being violent or threatening violence.
Is it a non-emergency?
If you’ve witnessed or been the victim of crime that isn’t an emergency, please report it. Your report will be sent direct to the control room.
Before you give details of the crime, you will be asked a few questions to make sure you go to the right online form.

All reports of anti-social behaviour are treated confidentially, and your details will not be shared beyond the organisations. If you wish to report crime or anti-social behaviour anonymously, you can do this by calling Crime Stoppers on 0800 555 111.
