It was a beautiful weekend for the Plymouth Seafood & Harbour Festival held on the Barbican and Sutton Harbour.
A big thank you to support from Eco-Plug (main sponsor) Ventons Devon Cyder Seafish, National Marine Aquarium Ocean Conservation, Sound Seafood, Sutton Harbour Group, Trust Artist Debbie Mason, Beth Paisley (Trail design), PL1 Events Limited, Plymouth City Council Events Team and to all the traders and to everyone involved in helping make this event as popular as it is!
Jenny Evans, PWP Business Liaison Manager said: “It was such a privilege to witness Plymouth at its best this weekend for Seafood festival.
The sun was shining, the crowds were out in full force and local businesses were thriving. This was the first time I’ve been able to experience the Seafood festival and I was blown away by the variety of stands, performers and chefs who all came together to educate, entertain and sell to the general public. A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the event what it was – I witnessed so many people going above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful – without our volunteers, businesses and stakeholders all working so hard together, Seafood festival wouldn’t be what it is, which is an incredibly special and important event for Plymouth.
We can’t wait to make Seafood Festival even bigger and better next year!
